With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, Stephan has founded multiple tech companies, led innovative ventures and invested in sustainable businesses. His roots in Berlin and hands-on background make him a driving force for growth, innovation and opportunity.
Zvonimira Schreckeis
Founder & CMO
Originally from Croatia, Zvonimira has lived the migrant entrepreneur journey firsthand. She specialises in online marketing, change management and empowering founders from international backgrounds. With deep empathy and clear vision, she bridges cultures, builds networks, and champions inclusive entrepreneurship.
Our Hubs
We work from two locations: Berlin, Germany and Čiovo, Croatia. Berlin is our base for structure, strategy, and the German business system. Čiovo is our space for clarity, focus, and long-term thinking, away from daily pressure.
